No that wasn't a mirage you saw rising over the Arizona desert last week... you did in fact witness a legimate sighting of the phenomenon we are dubbing the "Phoenicolson."

Yes, that was Jack Nicoholson seen sitting courtside in Phoenix and given the Clips circumstances he will probably make a courtside appearance tonight in the series decisive game seven.

It remains to be seen if the Clippers will rise from the ashes of their crippling 2OT loss and come back to win the Suns series.

In the meantime it was interesting to see which Hollywood actors were on the sidelines for last week's last Staples center game. We figured Jack, Jamie Kennedy, Frankie Muniz,  and Billy Crystal (aka the "Jack of the Clippers") would all be there but it will be interesting to see which other star supporters came out (as we suspected most were transplanted Lakers fans.)

As this old website so deftly points out (Check out the Laker/Clippers seating comparison chart) it wasn't long ago that Hollywood stars wouldn't be caught dead at the games of the dead last Clips. Also read how Phoenix is trying to pull in those self-centered, Hollywood types (maybe they can get Matt Leinart) to gravitate on over to support the Suns.
